Every year, the HR Innovation Award honors companies that shape the future of HR with groundbreaking products. 2020’s winners were revealed on October 12th at ZP Europe Virtual.
Both startups and established companies competed in four categories: Software & Hardware, Recruiting & Attraction, Learning & Training, and Transformation & Consulting.

A high-profile jury hand-picked the HR Innovation Award winners in 2020. People leaders from the likes of DATEV, Relayr, and AXA were joined by academics and media representatives. During the award ceremony, jury member Reiner Straub shared why Back stood out to them:

In the last couple of months, we introduced a team insights dashboard and gave Back analytics a major upgrade. We also launched native integrations with popular business software like Personio and Microsoft Teams. With many exciting releases already in the pipeline, we’ll continue to help internal operations teams increase their impact through automation.
